Upon your touch a little of the rust flakes of the ladder but other than that it feels very sturdy.

A Trapdoor
Xanthurian, when you shine your torch up into the hole you see a that it continues on for a very long ways and even you can't see the end. You also see the wooden plank you saw earlier thats only about 10 more feet up is what appears to be a trapdoor with no handle set into the wall opposite the ladder.

It's just an idea but you could go to the top and give me a Boost up or trow a rope down or something so I can get up.
ReplyDeletei will climb up and investigate the trapdoor and plank carefully. then throw a rope down to Lyda and tie it to the ladder. i will also throw the torch up the tunnel to see if i can see anything.
